Brandied Berry Milk Shake

Here is an easy and tasty recipe that you can take a break with. It's not so high in calories and it's also good without the alcohol. To me, it's like a dessert in the afternoon:)

BRANDIED BERRY MILK SHAKE

Ingredients:

2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/4 cup brandy

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
Per serving:
Calories: 180
Fat: 4 g
Carbs: 25 g
Protein: 5 g
Fiber: 2 g
